About the Department

The Longmeadow Volunteer Fire Company is a small department that started in the early seventies. We are a family-based company and we pride ourselves in having that type of atmosphere.

Why Longmeadow Volunteer Fire Company?

Having an all-volunteer department gives us the opportunity to do a variety of jobs. We run an engine pumper, a rescue engine and a quint with a 75’ ladder. We also have a variety of other support vehicles. We want to see people learn and grow in the fire service and we help everyone to the fullest extent.
