About the Department

Prince Frederick Volunteer Rescue Squad is a 100% volunteer EMS and Water Rescue station located at the center of Calvert County. We are currently seeking trained and untrained recruit to participate in all aspects of our service.

Why Prince Frederick Volunteer Rescue Squad?

Our service is conveniently located at the heart of Calvert county in a brand new state of the art facility. We provide many perks of membership ranging from private bunk rooms, tuition reimbursement, local discounts, and even member dinners. We mentor each member to help them find their place in our department ranging from active EMS and rescue activities, to administrative, leadership, and non operational activities. We are family friendly and offer baby sitting services as needed. At PFVRS you are sure to find friends, fun, and a family to be a part of.
