About the Department

The District 16 Volunteer Fire Department is made up of volunteer members that title a firefighter, EMS, Executive, that risk their lives every day to ensure the safety of the people in the community. The mission of the team is to protect and reduce loss of life and property, that occurs when a emergency situation happens. The department protects the our community and surrounding communities from al types of hazards through comprehensive, risk-based emergency training, preparedness, trained personal and equipment.
