About the Department

The Jarrettsville Volunteer Fire Company operates out of a main station and also a sub station. Our fleet consists of 3 engines, 1 heavy rescue, 2 medic units, 1 supply unit and a variety of utility’s and brush trucks. We respond mutual aid to Harford, York and Baltimore Counties.

Why Jarrettsville Volunteer Fire Company?

Prospective members should consider our fire station to volunteer because we offer some of the latest and greatest technology in firefighting. We have a renovated rec room, modern kitchen and bunk space with private storage. We offer free training to all members utilizing Maryland Fire Rescue Institute.
